How It Works
You don’t need to know whether you want to sell. You don’t need every number worked out. The first step is a conversation about what’s happening and what you want to understand.
Free initial consultation. No obligation to sell or hire me.

Is your goal to stay in your home? Are you considering selling? Are you waiting to hear from your mortgage company? Are you worried about what happens after a sale?
We’ll start with those questions so we understand what a workable path would need to address.
If a sale is worth considering, we’ll compare the possible price, payoff amounts, costs, and timing. If I propose buying the property, I’ll explain that offer and how it compares with a potential listing.
When a question needs your lender, a housing counselor, or an attorney, I’ll say so. If an in-person meeting would help, we can discuss arranging one.
That might mean continuing with your mortgage company, seeking professional advice, considering a listing, or reviewing a direct offer.
If we decide to work together on a transaction, we’ll review the proposed arrangement separately. The initial conversation does not commit you to one.
It helps to know what you want to happen, what you’ve already tried, and whether you have a date on a notice. If you already know your approximate mortgage balance, that can help a later discussion about the numbers.
You do not need to upload financial records or legal documents to request a conversation.
